The SYSA board is the governing body of Sterling Youth Soccer. The board is responsible for strategy and tactical direction to maintain a healthy organization. Decisions made by this group have a direct impact on the current, as well as future, soccer seasons. Board members typically contribute their time in one focus area where they feel they can have an impact on the program and the organization as a whole. Newcomers to the board are offered a supporting environment to learn their new responsibilities.
