_Coaches are often parents who have had some experience playing soccer themselves, or want to contribute to the community by dedicating their time. Coaches work directly with players and parents, and commit at least one weeknight and a good portion of their free time on weekends during late summer and fall.

Sterling Youth Soccer will reimburse coaches for some fees paid for skill development through Massachusetts Area Youth Soccer.  Please contact us for additional information.
